An illustration piece inspired by Brazilian Art and sometimes reminds people of Mothman...but you can decide!
It's been quite a while since I've drawn this piece of artwork. I was inspired by a issue of Juxtapoz Magazine about Brazilian Art and I loved the art so much, I wanted to create a piece inspired by what I saw. Also, I wanted to escape from art where your imagination was limited and pretty much went crazy with what I did. All artists want to leave their imaginations run wild; so now and again, it's something pretty nice to do. Kind of letting your hair down a little bit!
And why is the piece called 'A Creature called Consequence'?
Well, every mark, thought and choice I've made in this piece, will become consequences of the artwork at the end. Yeah, so as I said earlier, I let my imagination run wild!
'Consequence' was drawn in fineliner. His head is a combo between a Stag, boar, dragon and a skull, while the body is pretty much of a human structure (minus the fur and surreal bone like arm!)
Plenty of people enjoyed this piece on my previous portfolio, so I thought I'd share it with the Behance Network.
